In March 2003 a small group of journalists were embedded with the UK armed forces as they invaded Iraq in Gulf War II. Along with my colleague, reporter Richard Edwards, I spent one month with 42 Commando Royal Marines from training in Kuwait to the fall of Basra City, this is our story.
